Introducing the Pupil Asset / Horizons Help Centre!
We've launched a new Help Centre to give you fantastic support just like before, but in a fresh and user-friendly place.
Anyone with a login can use the new Help Centre. It has lots of updated articles and resources to help you and your colleagues make the most of the software.
You'll find a search bar in the new area, which makes it faster to get the info you need. We're always adding new FAQs here, and it'll start alongside our current PA 'How To Guide'.
To get to the Help Centre home page, click the 'Horizons MIS Help Centre' link at the top left of the screen:
On the home page, you can browse articles by category or use the search to find info about a particular feature.
If you can't find what you need, click 'Submit a support request' at the top right. Enter your email, subject, and request description. A Support Agent will reply, and you'll get an email copy of their response.
Alternatively, requests can be emailed to horizonssupport@junipereducation.org and you can still speak to one of our Agents by calling 0345 200 8600 and press Option 3 and then Option 2.
