Pupil Lists
Pupil Lists is a versatile tool for obtaining specific pupil data efficiently.

Filters: Use the Filters option in the top-left to refine the displayed pupils based on criteria such as year, class, or demographics.

Choose Columns: Select the data fields you want to view for the filtered pupils. Manually tick fields or click "Show all options" for a comprehensive list. Then, click "Choose these columns" to apply your selection.

Printing and Downloading: Utilize the print and download symbols in the top-right corner to print or save the pupil list. Ensure proper formatting in the print preview and adjust settings like layout, margins, and scale for optimal results.
Labels
Create labels for pupils or staff with ease.

Filters: Similar to Pupil Lists, use Filters to choose the specific individuals for whom you want to create labels.

Display Options: Customize label settings including sheet size, fields to display (such as pupil names or additional text), text formatting, and alignment. Save label settings as an office report for future use.

Printing: Click the white "Print" button to generate label reports. Adjust margins and scale as needed for accurate printing on label sheets.
Herringbones
Print registration certificates ('herringbones') individually or for multiple pupils at once.

Filters: Ensure correct pupil selection using the Filter Block.

Display Options: Set date range and other preferences for attendance reporting. Click "Print full report ->" to generate herringbone reports.
Data Collection Sheets
Run various reports including Data Collection Sheets efficiently.

Template Selection: Navigate to Office > Office Reports & Print-Outs > Multi-Print. Choose a report template, including different Data Collection formats.

Filters: Apply filters to select the pupils for whom you want to generate reports.

Printing: Click "Print ->" to generate reports based on the chosen template and pupil selection.
