THE PUPIL LOG ALLOWS SCHOOLS TO KEEP A RUNNING RECORD OF NOTES WITHIN AN INDIVIDUAL STUDENT’S PROFILE.
You can access the Pupil Log by going to Pupil Profile > Pupil Log. In this section, you can make new entries and see past information.
The initial category for notes is ‘Parental Contact’. However, schools can pick their own categories, such as External Agency Visit, Forgotten PE Kit, Homework Incomplete.
Each note is saved with:
- Optional contact name
- Type of log note
- Username
- Timestamp
Pupil Log notes can also be recorded directly from the Search screen.
To ensure the Pupil Log's integrity, only AdminPlus users or the note's author can delete entries. Deleted notes are archived in the system, rather than completely removed.
