Clicking on a learner’s name anywhere in the system will bring you to their Pupil Profile.
Alternatively, you can search for them in the Horizons search bar.

A complete overview, including basic details, recent results, groups, behaviour and merits.
TimeCal
Horizons’ integrated timetable and calendar.
Edit
Change the main details in a child’s record, including setting SEN and Pupil Premium settings.
Attendance

Groups
An overview of all of the groups that the pupil belongs to. For more information, see ‘How to set up classes and pupil groups’.
Health and Wellbeing
Record details such as allergies, medical conditions and doctor’s details.
Family

Messaging

Pupil Log

Docs
Evidence of achievements, letters home, photographs. Each document or folder can be restricted to certain users. For more information, see ‘How to manage documents‘.
Behaviour

Complete overview of all the pupil’s Summative Results.
Achievements
