It’s easy to reset your Horizons password from the Login screen .
If you are an existing user that requires a password reset, click Forgotten password?
If you are new user logging in for the first time, select First time logging in?
You will then be asked to enter your username.
If your details are found by the system – you will receive a message informing you that a password reset email has been sent to the email address you have registered on Horizons
If you then check your email inbox, you should have received an email with 'Rest your Horizons password' in the subject line
Click the Reset password here link.
You will then be directed to the login screen to choose a new password. Remember to confirm the password correctly on the front screen and ensure the password meets our security requirements (at least eight characters long and must contain a number)
Once the password has been chosen and confirmed, press Change Password to update it, and you will be redirected to log into Pupil Asset where you can enter your new credentials to login.
